Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to consumer purchases made on ieswwsom.com by customers residing in Ireland, respecting Irish consumer‑rights requirements.

  3. Before sending items back, you must submit return application via our contact channel and obtain our return authorisation. Unauthorised returned parcels may be refused receipt.
  4. Buyer bears return shipping cost unless returns are caused by our error: defective item, wrong item shipped or significant product mismatch with description. In such valid fault cases, we will cover relevant return expenses.
  5. Once we receive and inspect returned merchandise, we will trigger your refund. Refund will go back to your original payment method. Please allow reasonable processing time for financial institution clearance.
