Shipping Policy
- Standard delivery window for Ireland: 10‑20 business days from the moment your parcel departs our warehouse. This estimated time does not include customs clearance delays or circumstances out of our control.
- Orders will be processed within normal working days (exclude Irish public holidays and weekends). Once dispatched, tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
- Recipient shall be liable for any applicable import duties, customs fees or local tax charges required upon arrival in Ireland. Please get familiar with local import regulations prior to purchase.
- If your tracking shows parcel delivered but you have not received goods, please contact us quickly. We will collaborate with logistics provider for investigation.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery date, as shipping timeline can be affected by customs inspection, peak‑season volume or unexpected logistics events. We commit to keep you updated as much as possible.
